My name is Dolores Nevins, but everyone calls me Lori, go figure! Art has always been a part of my life, from the time I won best clown picture in first grade to my current adult life.

As a working mom and wife it was difficult finding time for my artistic endeavors, but I always managed to find a corner where I could create. Now that my children are grown and on their own, I am finding more time for creative expression and loving this stage of my life. For my 50th birthday my husband surprised me and had an empty bedroom made into an art studio and that's how my new baby, LilyClaire, was born.

I love art supplies and have tried every media, but could never decide which I liked best.  As a result, it made perfect sense for me to be a mixed media artist. LilyClaire is my happy beginning so I hope you enjoy!
